Restaurant
The elegant and in demand oak panelled restaurant has benefited from a new à la carte menu, which continues to win accolades including 2AA Rosettes for culinary excellence. The Head Chef has been associated at the hotel for over 20 years creating menus renowned for both its innovative ideas and traditional values, using only the freshest and locally sourced ingredients. It is immensely popular with local non residents. The newly refurbished Piano Bar offers an excellent location for a pre dinner drink in the evening. Styled in the form of a conservatory, the room has contemporary furniture and provides a relaxed setting where natural light oozes through during the day and by night, with the stars above an equally distinctive setting.
