The staff was exceptional. breakfast offered a varied selection. the location was within 2 blocks of the tube stop. being allowed to check in early was a very positive factor.

Pleasantly surprised

Having got a good rate for staying here i was expecting a pokey little room in a grubby hotel. we were pleasantly surprised as the hotel was very welcoming, clean and efficient. reception were very quick and we were given a large room with a decent size bathroom. all the usual facilities were provided and apart from a little bit of peeling wallpaper the room was very nice.
breakfast the next day was excellent - the food was well cooked and with plenty of choice. on checking out they even offered to keep our bags for the day so we could sightsee! overall our stay was very good and we would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was fantastic except for having no hot water and the room being way too hot even with the air con on full. staff were extremely helpful but any other stays i've had at this hotel were fantastic
