Assessment

Extremely well located. clean room, but bathroom can get dingy and humid; suggest the fan be kept on full time.

quite a number of amenities despite small size of room: place for luggage, hanging, deep drawer. very functional.

bahtroom: no wash towels available and soap could be larger.

breakfast: decent, but jam provided is too sugary. butter was very tasty.

the hotel should give suggestions of where there are close but good restaurants. this was not provided.

courteous and helpful staff.

my room was in the dolphin not shakespeare. no problem except for usage of wireless which meant that i had to go shakespeare each time.
