The original building was built in the 1930s with the modern extension added in the 1970s. The hotel lobby is modern and compact with the bar and restaurant facilities within easy access. The restaurant sits 40 comfortably and serves both a la carte and table d’hote menus in what is a traditional style and environment. A beautiful fire place is a central piece with high wooden beams giving a warm friendly atmosphere throughout the restaurant. The hotel has its own complimentary car park for 150 cars.
The hotel is within easy reach of Liverpool City centre and on the door step of Aintree racecourse. Situated at the junction of both the M58/ M57 access by car is very easy.

The hotel has totally refurbished bedrooms all with en suite facilities colour television, tea and coffee making facilities,trouser press/ irons and in room safes. All the rooms and bathrooms are in excellent condition and are very comfortable.

Restaurant

The brand new Aintree bar and restaurant has recently been opened and offers a completely different environment to the older more traditional bar that used to exist. The contemporary surroundings, with plush chairs and sofas provides a relaxing location for a drink or too after a long day. There are also 2 fabulous LCD TV's showing Sky Sports and football games in the evening.

The park hotel, dunnings bridge road. netherton, liverpool

We were very pleased with the hotel in general. the only problem was we booked (and were confirmed) two double rooms and when we got there it was one double and one twin. we are non smokers and the twin room had obviously been previously occupied many times by smokers and the smell of smoke was very strong even with the window open. the cups and saucersin this rooms had obviously not been cleaned for several days as they were dusty. as we were only there for one night we didn't say anything but would have if our stay was longer. for information that room number was 106. the rooms are rated two star for the twin and four star for the double.
