Very disappointed!!

We arrived after a 7 hour journey and were greeted by the surliest woman i have ever had the misfortune to meet.
we went to book in to be told they didn't have a room for us. after sitting there for around 15 minutes i asked if there was a problem with our booking, it was at this point we were informed that our booking had been missed and they were trying to sort it out. the housekeeping staff were told to sort out what was "easiest " for them to do. we had booked a family room but the one that we were put in was a twin that had hastily had the beds pushed together in.
the room itself left a lot to be desired to say the least..... the wallpaper was peeling off the wall by the ceiling where there was what i thought was a watermark. in the bathroom there was paint on the lino and the bath had large chips out of the enamel with rusty metal showing through. this in itself was bad, but the worst part was the hair from the previous occupant in the tub. our "view" was a concrete structure and whilst this wasn't a big problem it would have been nice to see some of the harbour!
