We offer a choice of full cooked Scottish breakfast or Continental breakfast. The continental breakfast consists of cheese slices, ham/chicken slices, cakes, fresh fruit, a large varitey of cerels, fresh orange juice, tea/coffee and brown/white toast. We are able to provide an early continental breakfast upon request. Our staff will accommodate all your requirments and tours can also be arranged upon request.
This Victorian building is situated 15 - 20 minutes walking distance from Edinburgh City Centre. The Edinburgh Castle, The Edinburgh International Conference Centre, The Usher Hall, The Kings Theatre are just some of the attractions which you will be able to see and enjoy.

The Kaimes Guest House is a beautifully decorated Victorian House which is centrally located and has 12 bedrooms which consist of family rooms, double/twin rooms, triple rooms and single rooms. Most of the rooms have en-suite facilities. All rooms have colour TV, tea/coffee facilities, hair dryer and iron is provided on request. All the rooms are immaculate and freshly decorated.
