The lobby area is medium in size with ample seatings and furnishings. There is a conservatory running across the front of the hotel, making the lobby very light and airy.
The hotel dates back to the 19th century, however, it has been modernised, with the new decor mixing in very well with the original building.
All rooms have a TV with multi channels, and most rooms have flat-screen digital TVs with multi-channels and radio stations. All rooms have bath with shower over bath. Most rooms have either trouser press or iron and board (iron can be obtained via reception if not in your room). Please see individual room details for a complete list of facilities on offer. The Kings Manor is a mobility friendly hotel with all public areas on the ground floor. However some bedrooms are not accessible by lift. If you have any mobility difficulties please let the hotel know prior to your arrival so that a suitable room can be allocated.
The restaurant has both a la carte as well as a carvery and serves traditional Scottish dishes. The furnishings are plain, yet pleasantly decorated.
