Convenient location, nice big rooms and lovely beds- a double each.
but hot water would be nice and the breakfast could be the worst i have had.
poor service, cold food and dreadful croissants.

Hotel, directly in the centre of birmingham, ideal for train station, shopping and nights out.
spacious room with 2 queen size beds both having soft pillows.
towels were small and 'old' feeling quite rough when used.
hotels.click offered the best rate for a last minute booking without any hassle. would definately compare their prices when next booking on the internet.

Great location, close to town centre, rooms looking old and dated, lamps shades not fitting properly and draws not in full working order, old tv. internet still advertises a swimming pool which does not exist.
the staff were very pleasant and helpful especially some of the bar staff knew your name and your drink.
food was good.
i would be very dissappionted if i had to pay full price for a room here.
