Short stay birmingham

Everything is the hotel was very nice including the staff.
twin room booked , ended up with fold out bed, not very comfortable.
but outside that everything was lovely.

It all began with a filthy towel

Location is great, very central. reception clean and staff were friendly.

room was fine and even the view was nice.
all seemed rosy, until i stepped out of the shower and went to dry my face on what can only be described as a poo stained towel!

i dried myself using my wife's towel. at that point i noticed blood stains on the white bathroom surfaces! and the bed spread was ripped.

i complained but was told the manager was not available for at least twenty minutes, as we had tickets the staff said we could see the manager in the morning.

back at the room, they left us a bottle of wine!

at checkout i asked to see he manager and was told they would not be in for another two hours. reception took my details.

i am still awaiting the call from the manager! fives days later!

so in a nutshell if you want a free bottle of wine in exchange for drying your face on an excrement infested towel then look no further!
