The lobby is small, it is just big enough for 1 group of approx.25 pax. (with the guest luggage) to check in (standing in the lobby) simultaneously.

Travelling with family aged 65-91. staff very helpful and considerate. added an additional doorstep to reduce height of high step by poolside door. offered reduced price airport transfers. online booking was without hassles. we were upgraded to oriental wing as that was around the pool with easiest access for the young or elderly. the rooms are large and comfortable. they were spotless upon arrival. our cleaner was lovely but didn't always replenish consumable room stores even upon request. we had to ask for clean sheets after 4 days stay.
didn't eat at their restaurant but the music night is worth considering. in monsoon season the beach is barely a safe swimming beach unless you are a strong swimmer, however the atmosphere is great away from the madness of potong. we loved our stay and definitely recommend for a comfortable seaside holiday.
