Lovely hotel

Very nice welcome fastest check in we have ever had. room on the third floor but found it a bit hard walking up and down the stairs and on the first night we had alot of noise form a nearby bar. we decided to move rooms and the only rooms available were near the garden pool. these rooms were cheaper and in fact nicer that the deluxe rooms. i would advise people to book these rooms instead. the tropical pool in beautiful. the pool bar service was not very good until the last few days when the hotel started to become full. our friends had trouble with their key card nearly every day and at one stage the staff were laughing about it. i found that disappointing as i has booked the hotel for them. i would recommend this hotel for location, value for money and quality. i would not book through the hotel itself as i found it a lot cheaper to book through hotelsclick. we are from perth wa.
