Overrated

Ok for a 3 star hotel, but not good enough for the advertised 4 stars. location ok, but noisy at night. cleanliness looked ok but found large empty alcohol bottle on the floor left by previous occupants and missed by the cleaners. lighting over the bed and desk was inadequate. generally the desk staff was adequate and helpful when asked but did not offer assistance. the were no extras, eg shampoo, free short-term internet access, or international tv. location was a bit shabby, but worst of all, the google location map placed the hotel in totally the wrong location (2-3 km out!).
