We will entice you with enticing delicacies which we combine with fresh, regional products to create an alpine gourmet experience. They are served with elegant and noble local wines from our extensive cellar and our own Zermatt Alps water. Our chef de cuisine, Mr. Maurice Zitvogel and his team make all efforts to satisfy your culinary demands.
