The hotel is clean and functional.
rooms are relatively large and comfortable and provide good space for work. they are however relatively spartan.
the breakfast area has a spectacular view over the city and a great place to start the morning. however, while the service is good and friendly, the selection of food is limited to a continental breakfast. the room service menu is similarly limited in choice and quality. i would not order from the room service menu again but there are a very large number restaurants nearby where you can get good quality and reasonably priced (in geneva terms) takeaway food.
wifi access is available and while it is generally good, can at times be intermittent.
the location near gare cornavin is perfect for transport to and from un and ios, and the airport - direct bus, train and tram stops are just outside the door. it is also only a short walk to a small supermarket and pharmacy (in the train station), a department store (for those forgotten items), and 5-10 minutes walk to the old town and the lake.
if you want a clean and functional hotel, in a good location and at a good price, its a good choice. if you like your luxuries in a hotel with this level of rating, you might want to try elsewhere - but in geneva, expect to pay more.
