The present-day Hotel Bella Lui – "beautiful light" in the ancient Valais dialect – was built in 1930 and stands today as a listed building, testimony to modernist architecture. It was originally opened as a luxury sanatorium. Later it served amongst others as a spa and holiday home.Tourist tax is excluding.
Train to Sion / Sierre, then bus 421 to Crans-Montana. A few minutes walk to the hostel.The youth hostel has a limited number of paid parking spaces. We recommend booking in advance.
