The Hotel’s architecture imitates the lines and shapes of nearby Galicia. The landscape of the Sierra de Ancares to the North complements the beauty of the Parador’s garden.
The rooms are situated on two floors of the main part of the hotel. The wooden floor in the bedroomsans elsewhere offers ellegence and confort.
Botillo (a pork haggis) with cabbage, potato and chorizo; peppers from Bierzo, trout with Iberian ham, local pies, rice with botillo, and the young white and red wines of D.O Bierzo.
