Two rooms displaying archaeological remains found during refurbishment work, especially ceramics, bear witness to its distant past. The modern and comfortable facilities at the Hotel make it the ideal spot to discover the wondrous Asturian landscape.
The hotel occupies the former monastery of San Pedro de Villanueva (12th century to 18th century), which was declared a national monument in 1907 and features a wing built in a perfectly harmonious style and materials. The hotel is a veritable jewel set on the green banks of the River Sellain, in whose waters the building is reflected. In the background is the majestic landscape of the Picos de Europa.
The rooms are medium in size. They have modern facilities in the very welcoming bedrooms along with fully equipped bathrooms.
