The interior contains traditional Andalusian courtyards along with other decorative features, such as grilles and azulejería (blue and white ceramics). Wooden beams, rugs and archways finish the Parador's decoration.
The type of building where this parador is housed is traditional and singular due to its round shape structure. The building merges with the rest of the town featuring the typical Andalucian style. Inside the typical Andalusian courtyard is joined by traditional decorative elements such as latticework and ceramic tiles.
The hotel bedrooms with terraces provide some magnificent views of Arcos.
The restaurant offers a welcoming ambience and traditional dishes from the Sierra; corvina a la roteña (sea bass in a red pepper sauce), bull’s tail and a 12 course tasting menu.
