Lobby

The lobby is of a large size, very pleasant and spacious as access to the rooms are in a patio style. Above the reception area there is a rather large and bright waiting area with comfortable sofas and settees.

Exterior

It is a square, modern, concrete building whose facade is characterised by the numerous white windows. The hotel has been decorated in the andalusian style, combining wood and marble with sevillan tiles.

Rooms

192 rooms, where 162 are twins, 6 suites with large bed and 24 singles, most of them overlooking the piers, Algeciras bay and the rock of Gibraltar. They are bright and nicely decorated in a plain style. Both rooms and bathrooms are in a good condition.

Restaurant

A large panoramic restaurant with excellent local and international cuisine and a bar are situated on the 4th floor.

The Hotel Al-Mar is perfect for who wants to travel by car. The accommodation is with air conditioning. Inside the Hotel Al-Mar there is a travel agency available for guests. Guests can use the hotel's restaurant. The Hotel Al-Mar offers a laundry service. Guests have access to an overhead projector to better support meetings, etc.. There is a projector available for the use in meetings. The hotel offers business facilities.

The hotel provides either its own car park or a nearby one with a special agreement; being not included in the room price, for a paid parking the payment have to be carried out directly on the spot.
