When clouds gather outside or snowflakes envelop the landscape in the winter, there is nothing more beautiful than swimming with a view of the wild rhythm of nature's forces. The Heated indoor pool temperature is available free of charge to all hotel guests. In addition, hotel provides 2 saunas. How pleasantly hot it is on the fragrant spruce that covers the inside of the sauna. The gymnasium, well equipped for those at the beginners', intermediate or advanced level, offers that pleasant tiredness, which will make u sleep soundly and gather new strength. Hotel also offers a mini golf course with 17 holes in the nearby park with a view of the Bohinj Lake for an entertaining relaxation. Hotel quests can borrow mini golf equipment free of charge at hotel reception.
Rooms
The hotel rooms are a harmony of comfort and functionality. Each of them has a little individuality - the rest we bring with us ourselves. Fill your lungs with the fresh mountain air, let your gaze rest on the Alps at sunset or when the mysterious silence slowly descends on the lake. The hotel is located centrally by the lake and has 63 rooms and three suites. Rooms have direct telephone link, cable TV, mini bar, heirdryer and most of rooms have safe and balcony with seats. There is an Internet cafe in hotel lobby, ski storage room and parking in front of the building.
Restaurant
Many different wines of the best Slovene wine producers and superb culinary specialties are offered in the restaurant Zlatovcica. The restaurant is named after the Bohinj lake fish Zlatovcica that is also their specialty. The hotel chefs combine different tastes and seasonal specialties daily. The Dining room Virtovin has a terrace with a view of the Bohinj Lake. At self-service breakfasts, hotel provides recommend specialties from Bohinj like Bohinj cheese, cottage cheese and milk. For dinner you can choose between four different menus that also include dishes for vegetarians. A special cocktail bar is available to all guests.
Location
Hotel "JEZERO" is situated on the edge of the Bohinj lake and, as it lies there, appears to have been taken from a fairy tale - one imagines to have entered an old tale or to dream pleasant dreams.
