The lobby, decorated in bright green and orange, is modern and very welcoming. The reception desk and lobby bar are situated next to each other.
The facade is completely renovated. The hotel has it's own courtyard.
The hotel has 58 spacious and comfortable rooms in different categories.
The cosy restaurant on the ground floor is opened for breakfast in the mornings. Local and International cuisine is served a la carte during the day.

New interior, lovely clean rooms. it has everything you'd normally expect from a 4-star european hotel.
a little further away from the city centre but being only 1 subway stop away from nevskiy prospekt with a 10 min walk to the subway station or a rub300 cab fare into the centre i thought it was a reasonable compromise.
inconveniences were very minor like not working door locks which required a reset of our card keys twice in a row or closed for dinner restaurant on one of the days.
the staff was very helpful and polite at all times
