We would highly recommend this hotel. all the staff were helpful and cheerful . rooms were warm and comfortable and the complementary carafe of port in the rooms was a wonderful surprise.as the hotel is small and intimate our four friends and ourselves were able to make full use of the library on the top floor with its wonderful terrace and honesty bar and kitchen before going out to eat in the nearby restaurant recommended by the staff on reception at our request .both were within walking distance and we enjoyed some wonderful food and lovely portuguese wine.the bus outside the door took us into the centre of lisbon for site- seeing during the day and brought us back for a rest before pre-dinner drinks on the roof terrace.perfect weekend.thank you.

From the minute we arrived the staff were helpful, and friendly. the room was lovely with a big comfy bed and great facilities. upstairs library was also a lovely touch.
