Sumilon Bluewater Island Resort is located on tranquil Sumilon Island. The Island remains as one of Cebu's best kept secrets and is found on the southeastern tip of the mainland. It is 125 kms away from Cebu Mactan International Airport and is in close proximity to Dumaguete. The island has an area of 24 hectares and is surrounded by crystal clear waters with varying aquamarine hues, shifting white sands and the popular coral gardens of its marine sanctuary provide that unique ambiance. It is a 3 hours drive from the Mactan International Airport to Oslob Bangcogon Pier to take 10 minutes boat ride. It is free of charge boat ride from Oslob Bangcogon Pier arrange by hotel, but should be arrange with hotel before arrival. And it is more accessible from Dumaguete Airport which is just 45 minutes boat ride from the airport.

There have 12 rooms(arranged as six cottages, each with two adjoining rooms) with private verandas that offer views of the sea, cove and mainland Cebu. Each room has an area of 48 square meter and accommodates a maximum of 3 guests.

The Island Pavilion Houses the resort restaurant that serves a delectable fare of local and international cuisine. With its octagonal, high "Nipa" thatched roofing, and open-air construction, it boasts of a spectacular panoramic view of the ocean and mainland Cebu.
