A very special hotel

Our stay was a highlight from the time we checked in to the time of our departure. the hotel paid special attention to guest satisfaction providing personal attention to our stay at the hotel. we were greeted pleasantly and politely with our name regularly by the chamber persons, the restaurant waiters and greeters, the door persons and many security people. note - we are not special people but they all made us feel very special.

the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and a very luxurious feel to it. it is close to shopping malls and many good restaurants.

we would recommend it to anyone, for an extremely pleasant stay. the memory of it will certainly remain with us for a very long time. we would be extremely happy to stay there again the next time we visit manila.
