Thon Hotel Arena is next door to Norges Varemesse, the national exhibition arena. The hotel can accommodate up to 6,000 for meals in one room, and run congresses and exhibitions for several thousand people in a total meeting area of more than 45,000 square metres. This is the only place in Norway where you can organise conferences and congresses for up to 10,000 participants under one roof. Even so, the hotel offers an intimate ambience and is ideal for small and medium-sized meetings.

Madam Thrane, the à-la-carte restaurant, offers nice atmosphere and quality meals. For larger conventions the hotel can serve up to 800 people. The hotel bar, ‘Barena’ seats 50 and serves drinks and light refreshments. The hotel also features a nightclub with room for 350 guests, which can open when requested.
