The lobby is small but with a massive seating area adjacent the bar.
The exterior looks like an art deco building from the beginning of the 1920s. The building is divided in two wings.

It was easy to walk to the balima from the train station. the balima is centrally located and a hub of activity. you may want to avoid the lounge after dark, however. the continental breakfast was delicious and promptly served.

Handy location within easy walking distance of the train station and right in the centre of rabat. you can walk to most rabat locations including local markets.
