This is a good hotel. It is situated in an excellent position and offers a warm and friendly atmosphere that is quite often lacking in other large hotels. The hotel combines traditional Moroccan charm and hospitality with today's comfort.
The hotel is located in the neighborhood of Hivernage, near the train station, downtown and the convention center.

The large lobby and reception is entirely decorated in a modern way with lots of comfortable seating and tables. There are a small collection of shops around the reception area selling good quality gifts.

Exterior

The building is very large. Its architecture is a combination of traditional and modern style.

Rooms

There are 334 rooms together with 28 cosy suites which offer a marvellous view of the snow covered Atlas Peaks and the city of Marrakech. All rooms are modernly decorated, fully furnished and carpeted.The hotel combines traditional Moroccan charm and hospitality with today's comfort and leisure facilities. The rooms & bathrooms are in good size.

Faultless stay

From the beginning of our stay till the end we couldn't have anything bad to say. reserved a room for 3 of us for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. very clean hotel and rooms. staff are friendly and well presented. excellent value for money too. in the evening it can be a little loud as the hotel has entertainment for its guest so i probably wouldn't recommend it for much older people or a room far from the lobby would be sufficient.
