I was really taken with the delightful facility and setting of this place. the restaurant and "bell captain" staff were fantastic. the room was delightful, the views of the sea were great. the beach and facilities were perfect.
however, the desk staff never found our reservation and we almost had to pay twice. fortunately, they let me use their computers and i found my charge on my credit card thru my bank.... proving that i did not owe anything on the room.
we also bought some lovely gifts in the gift shop... with kind help from the staff. we did not speak spanish, and that was a bit limiting.
in all it was a delightful stay!!
