Lobby
The open-air lobby is large and spacious, overlooking the water, with the reception area, arrivals lounge and sundries shop adjacent. The business centre and cultural centre, featuring an indoor library, is also connected to the lobby.
Exterior
The resort is comprises of separate buildings housing the villas and are dotted around the property. A bridge connects one section of the resort to the other over the lagoon. Adjacent to the property is the golf course.
Rooms
The garden pool villas are at the entry level with views of their private gardens. Each villa offers an open-air living and dining area of more than double the size of the villa. Decor is natural and has been constructed using a number of local materials which complement the resort's surrounding. The outdoor area comprises a plunge pool, daybed, covered patio seating up to 4 people and an outdoor garden shower. Indoor amenities include a 37 inch plasma television, DVD player, private bar, iPod docking station, tea/coffee making facilities and wireless internet connectivity.
Restaurant
The main restaurant is located near the lobby and is open for breakfast and dinner and focuses on modern French cuisine. Another restaurant located near the main pool,over looking the beach, and focuses on Pan-Asian cuisine, featuring both a sushi bar and teppanyaki grill. An Italian speciality restaurant overlooks the lagoon waters and lastly, a more casual option is located in the clubhouse and is open for breakfast and lunch.
Location
Located on the east coast of Mauritius, the property is surrounded by lush gardens, calm lagoon beaches and mangroves with views over the island's mountains. The Ernie Els golf course, also bordering the sea, is adjacent to the resort.
