The lobby is very large with the checkin counters off to the side. There is a cosy waiting and sitting lounge designed like a library. On the oppsite side is the coffee house where breakfast is served. In the middle are lifts serving the guest rooms and the car parks.

The rooms are generous in size and offer good views of the city below, the Malacca River and the Straits sof Malacca as there are no building blocking from the higher floors. Simple color schemes igve a homely feel wihout trying to impress.
The fact that melacca has Dutch, British, Portuguese and pernakan influences means that the food has become one of Malacca's most famous attributes. Capers serves and east/west mix whilst the Long Feng serves Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine. There is also a coffee house serving local and international dishes.
