The lobby of the hotel is very large with plenty of room for checking in. There are plenty of staff in the lobby willing to help each customer. There is a lobby lounge in which people can enjoy some refreshments while enjoying a scenic view of a Japanese garden.

The hotel is a massive 30-storey gray building. There is a large garden at the entrance of the hotel. From the outside, people will immediately notice that the hotel is separated into three parts.
