Lobby
The lobby of the hotel is located on 8th floor and is small with a cosy, European atmosphere completely restful from the high-rise modern city outside. Adjacent to the reception area, there is a drawing room furnished with European traditional and comfortable seating and is used for wedding photo shoots. The brick chapel in the courtyard is just outside the lobby and is a popular wedding venue. The courtyard also leads onto all the restaurants.
Exterior
The hotel is a 14-storey brick facade building in yellow and white with 02 distinctive blue topped towers, but it resembles more like a castle from Vienna. It is dwarfed by the surrounding new high-rise buildings but is easily recognised and has a stone chapel squeezed between the two towers.
Rooms
All of the rooms are large and are beautifully furnished in a very distinctive European style with flooring or terracotta tiles, wooden shutters and dark wooden furniture creating a medieval atmosphere throughout with wooden doors and iron-work decor. The bathrooms are in excellent condition and have cafe curtains on the door to the bathroom and good amenities. There is soft classical music in the corridors. Guest rooms are located from the ninth to the thirteenth floors.
Restaurant
The hotel has two restaurants on 8th floor around the stone chapel and its courtyard, and offer French and Japanese cuisine. The French restaurants is decorated with tapestries, paintings with plush carpets and curtains in keeping with the theme of the hotel.
