Exterior
It is a modern, 31-storey silver building along the Shinano River. It is the tallest building in Niigata and can be landmark of the city.

Located next to Niigata Convention Center (Toki Messe), which is one of the biggest convention centers along cost of Japan sea, the hotel stands along famous Shinano River, the longest river in Japan. It takes 7 minutes taxi ride from JR Niigata station, terminal of bullet train (Joetsu Shinkansen) from Tokyo within 2 hours. Also the hotel provides free shuttle bus from a bus-stop close by Niigata station (in front of Hotel Rich, 200 meters from exit of station). From Niigata Airport it is within 30 minutes taxi ride. Boat terminal for Sado Island,the biggest island in Japan, is within walking distance.
