The house is ideal for groups of friends or families looking to have a relaxing holiday.External Area and Swimming PoolThe farmhouse is surrounded by 1000 sq. m. fenced greenery, mostly lawn, with olive trees and high trees. Further on you can find large woods with oak trees, with many interesting trails and paths. The swimming pool with infinity edge overlooks the house and has a few steps leading up to it. The pool has a semicircle roman staircase, is 14 x 7 metres big with a depth of 1.2-1.5 metres and has nocturnal lighting. On both sides of the pool there is a solarium area, paved in stone and complete with sunbeds, beach chair, beach umbrellas and a cold shower. Beside the house you will also find a covered portico with tables, chairs and stone barbecue perfect for outdoor meals or for relaxing in the shade. There is parking in the property.InteriorThe property is made up of the main house and a smaller apartment next to it, separate. The main house is on two floors. Upon entrance you will find the living area with a vault ceiling, including a large living room with sofas, a dining room with fireplace, satellite TV with a DVD player and a separate kitchen, fully equipped with utensils, which also has a small fireplace. Rounding off the ground floor are a guest bathroom with washing machine and a hallway with fireplace, from which you get to the upper floor via an indoor staircase. Here there are 4 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower (two of which have a single sofa bed) and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds with bathroom with shower (the beds in each room can be joined).The smaller apartment is on one floor and has a cooking area, perfect for making breakfast, a double bedroom with a single sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.LocationCasa di Meo is in the hills surrounding Pisa, in a quiet area, where the Etruscans reigned for centuries and left behind many works to be admired.
