The deluxe rooms have partial views of the Grand Canal or the Rio Novo, while deluxe view rooms overlook the Grand Canal. The Deluxe Suite is overlooking the Gardens, Piazzale Roma and Rio Nuovo. The classic rooms are located at the Residenza Parisi (annex), which is 150 meters away from the main building and the rates do not include breakfast.
