Lobby
The small but very well presented lobby is furnished in traditional Venetian style. Reception desk is made of an antique table and a chair is welcomingly placed in front of it, to allow guests to sit while talking to the professional hotel staff. There are green sofas and armchairs while the predominant colour of the table fabrics is golden. The area is adorned with flowers and plants, scented candles, and Murano glass.
Exterior
This is a traditional Venetian building in keeping with the surroundings. On the top floor there is a panoramic terrace overlooking the San Marco basin.

The hotel has 27 rooms of different categories, equipped with every comfort: shower or bath tub, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating, minibar, wifi, safe and wired wireless!
Restaurant
There is a small but well-arranged breakfast room with marbled floors and walls painted in pastel colours. Much attention to detail is paid in the way the breakfast tables and the buffet is presented. There is also a bar with a few tables located in the hotel annex located just on the other side of the inner courtyard, and a roof terrace that offers breathtaking views of the San Marco Basin.
