Rooms
To meet every need, the structure is equipped with two types of rooms: SR and CR. The rooms defined SR have shared toilets and showers on the floor, inside the same there is a sink included in the price of towels. The rooms defined CR are equipped with private bathroom with electric hair dryer and courtesy line, satellite TV, air conditioning (in season), WiFi, safe. For the rooms called CR there is also a direct dial telephone, the payment of phone calls is calculated according to the national tariff TELECOM. All rooms are equipped with panic locks.

The hotel offers Mediterranean-style breakfast served "à demi buffet" or, on request, served in your room.
Location
Located in one of the most picturesque districts of Venice, the entrance to the hotel opens onto the Lista di Spagna a stone's throw from Campo San Geremia. The hotel is located near the Jewish Ghetto of Venice, the oldest and most well-preserved in the world and 10 minutes from the Rialto bridge, so it is not burdened by the tourist mass and in conditions to make Venice, linked to the local historical traditions, still live.
