This residence is located at the end the the famouse Via garibaldi and is exposed on the rio of the well-known Riva degli Schiavoni. Piazza san marco is just a 15min walk away and very close to the residence there is the magnificent san pietro di catello basilica. The train station santa lucia is 12km away and just 30mins by ferry boat. The marco polo airport is 10km away and about 1hour by ferry boat. The closest ferry boat station is GIARDINI about 200mt. Away from the residence.
Lobby is very small and simple made out of essential things.
All rooms have separate beds, and private bathroom. They are furnished in a modern and simple style overall. Cleaning is not very frequent but sufficent for the type of structure. There are no telephones inside the rooms.
Guest quarters have a room where guests can have breakfast (which is not included in the price) or any type of meal.
There is a mini-bus shuttle service available to the airport.
