Exterior
The building has been compleatly restructured in 2002. At the begining of the century and until 1950 it was a clock factory and in the bellic period it was used to produce welfare for military use. The style is based of the buildinf is typical of the beggining of the century, very simple and straignt lines with no luxury details.
Rooms
All rooms have separate beds and private bathrooms with a shower, they are furnished in a modern and simple style. Cleanings are also very frequent, considering that is a student residence.
Restaurant
Guest quarters have the use of different rooms where to have breakfast (which is not included in the price) or any other meal. At complete guest disposal there is a beautiful panoramic terrace and internal paths used as a small garden. It is recommended for students and people that search an economic close to down town accomodation.
