The building was radically refurbished to make it as comfortable as possible for guest stay. Work on the atrium in the lower floor will be completed in March 2002 and is designed with spacious and comfortable public areas, an Internet centre, lift, outdoor patio, and boat landing.
It is located in the heart of the Venice Ghetto, directly under the "Schola Italiana" in the New Ghetto Square
