Lobby
The lobby is very small and gives access to the restaurant and to a cosy and intimate seating area. Everywhere you find peaces of arts and testimonies of history.
Exterior
Orange painted typical venetian building with green shutters at the windows. The hotel overlooks the Giudecca Canal and on the right side there is another romantic, minor canal.
Rooms
Most of the rooms of this ancient house have external bathrooms, 1 every 1 o 2 rooms, due to the fact that the buillding is an historical property and it must be preserved. All the rooms boost a full or partial view of the lagoon and are furnished with antiques which are part of the heritage of the family Seguso.

There is a good and charming restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch or dinner to the guests only
