Worst hotel

4 star hotel? seriously think again before booking this hotel. the room is dirty and filled with dust. mould in the bathroom with dampness smells. curtains look like thry are from the 70's. carpet has stains everywhere and is worn out. no coffee making facilities in the room, nor an iron and ironing board. reception staff were rude and unattentive. swipe card for my door wouldn't work so i went down to reception where i was told that there was nothing wrong with the card. after 10 min of discussing the issue they agreed to senf someone to look at it. turns out the door mechanism was faulty. no apology. nothing. breakfast...hmm give it a miss. very low quality food.

overall i dont known how they can rate themselves a 4 star hotel. in my hoest opinion i have stayed in better and cleaner 2 star hotels.

It is a very nice and friendly hotel

The staffs in hotel are all very friendly and approachable, the breakfast is super-duper, and rooms are spotless. and the hotel is nicely located opposite to train station which is very convenient for family.
