##Description **Residenza Borgo Italico** is located in the lush verdant valley called “L’Acqua” in Tropea, Santa Barbara suburb. Its strategic position makes the major touristic attractions along the coast of Tropea within easy reach. It lies between Tropea – 600 metres away – and Santa Domenica di Ricadi, the complex is also close to the renowned beaches and views of Capo Vaticano, so it’s a perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday away from the noises of the city. It’s a brand new building with 12 rooms, Reception Desk, breakfast area, barbecue area and is surrounded by its own private garden. Our rooms are wide suites of 30 square metres each with its own veranda and balcony, elegantly furnished, with private bathroom and hair dryer. Other facilities provided in the suites are : mini-bar, wi-fi, air-con, LCD tv, safe. The rooms, all double-bedded, can also allocate one spare bed in the typology with kitchenette (6 suites) and two spare beds in the typology without kitchenette (6 suites). Kitchenette use is perfect for longer stays. The garden and breakfast lounge are shared areas and will allow the guests to enjoy the sounds of nature and the breathtaking views over the sea and the horizon. Continental breakfast is served every morning and guests can choose whether to enjoy it in the garden or in their rooms. On request, guests will also find a convenient and excellent restaurant next door to the complex.
