Lobby
The hotel’s conference facility can accommodate up to 90 theatre participants. It can also be arranged in reception or schoolroom set-up and is supplied with standard equipment.
Exterior
Guests can enjoy breakfast, coffee, or an apéritif in the hotel’s courtyard amidst the camellias, hydrangeas, olea fragrans, jasmines, and geraniums. The tablet dates back to 1602 and remembers a restoration of the well-spring. The garden fea-tures variously coloured, blossoming geraniums and roses.
Rooms
Rooms are spacious, colourful, soundproof, and extremely clean, filled with amenities and featuring 2 meter-wide double beds. The large bathrooms are faced with Carrara marble, some offering whirlpool bathtubs and all including telephone, towel heater, and antifogging mirror. The hotel is air-conditioned and drapery- and carpet-free. The building complies with all the current regulations.
Restaurant
A trompe l’oeil turns the room into a terrace overlooking the Umbrian landscapes. The Richard Ginori coffee set was exclusively designed for the hotel and features Deruta’s “Raffaellesca” decorations. Tables are dressed with Rivolta and Carmignani linens and Sambonet cutlery. We prepare and serve our own fresh desserts.
Location
In the historical centre of Spoleto. Built around a central courtyard, the hotel has an ideal location just inside the Roman walls of the old city, a short walk to the main monuments.
