The property has 24 two-room apartments of 42 square meters. composed of living room entrance with double sofa bed (where 2 adults can sleep), full-optional kitchenette (electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 4-burner hob, sink, cupboards for dishes), bathroom with shower and double bedroom (available on request also with twin beds - separate beds). The two-room apartment can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. The structure also features a single 84 sqm four-room apartment. composed of large living room with kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms: 2 of which are larger with the possibility of adding a single bed each, and 1 smaller with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower. The four-room apartment can accommodate 6 to 8 people and is available only on request
