At the gates of the town of Sarzana, surrounded by countryside and vineyards, the estate is located 6 km from the sea. From 20 minutes to an hour are reachable: Five lands (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Vernazza, Corniglia, Monterosso), Carrara marble quarries, Castelnuovo Magra, Nicola, archaeological excavations of Luni, Lerici, Tellaro, Bocca di Magra, Portovenere, Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago Puccini, Castles of Lunigiana, Viareggio.

The structure, although restored, has maintained the characteristics of the traditional farmhouse and is surrounded by vineyards in the Ligurian countryside.
