The grand hall is a breathtaking sight for guests visiting the hotel for the first time, as well as for those who visit frequently.
The large complex of the Grand Hotel de la Minerve was built in 1620 for the aristocratic family of Fonseca, of Portuguese origin. From the 700 has always been a luxury hotel.
All the bedrooms are comfortable and elegantly furnished with a soft colour scheme. All the rooms boast an old boiserie ceiling in wood. Most of the rooms face the popular Minerva Square and Pantheon. Some have a lovely balcony or a private terrace.
The "La Cesta" Restaurant serves Italian and international cuisine. During the summer months guests may dine in the spectacular “Roof Garden”, from which the Grand Hotel de la Minerve offers an incomparable view. Here a delicious summer dinner is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the day's last light and to delight in one of the spectacular sunsets that only the Roof Garden can offer, to the romantic accompaniment of the notes of a grand piano. The "Le Cupole" bar, located next to the hall offers guests a wide range of wines and liquors. Seated in this relaxing and discreet setting one's gaze naturally falls upon Rinaldi's magnificent and imposing marble statue of the Minerva, set in the central niche of thehall.
