9 rooms are equipped with beautiful terraces or balconies with lounges and chairs. Very nice rooms quadruple from about 70 square meters, consisting of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and terrace. The remaining 4 are 2 rooms with balcony and 2 with the Roman windows.

Restaurant

The Restaurant "Villa Maria" is the pride of the structure, also open to people not staying, serves seafood and territory varied, all rigorously prepared at the time (much appreciated our seafood tasting menu). We have a capacity of about 80 seats inside and 100 seats in the garden. The restaurant is open from 12.30 to 14.30 and from 19.30 to 22.30. The restaurant "Villa Maria" is recommended by many national and international culinary guides.
