Our stay in rimini

Stayed at this hotel october 97 the hotel in general is very nice but little things like attention to detail were missing, it was my wifes birthday[40th] while we were there so i emailed forward to see if i could upgrade or if there were any surgestions of extras we could have,they replied saying they could not find my booking which was a little bit worrying so i gave them all the info ,i had no reply after that so presumed that they would have sorted it for when we arrived, but no we had a basic room ,no robes no slippers,not even a full mini bar,and as the hotel was no where near full i was alittle bit disappointed, this was our second visit to italy off season, the first one being rome and we were treat like kings and queens there ! but all in all a pleasent stay.
