Restaurant
The restaurant service for hotel guests is provided by the Ristorante della Baia, the hotel's excellent restaurant on the sea and featuring a veranda with a beautiful view. It also has air conditioning, and a large dining room which is particularly suitable for ceremonies, the organisation of which is a locally recognised feather in its cap. Structurally elegant, it offers typical local cuisine, with fresh produce, a menu that varies according to the season, attentive and friendly service and an excellent selection of wines. During the summer season, the table settings on the seafront make for a unique outdoor dining experience. The restaurant offers guests both an à la carte service and a "special guest" dinner service, the latter at special rates that you can select when making your reservation or directly at the hotel, with a choice of local menus based on fresh, local produce, seafood and more, with the possibility of having tables on the veranda, on the seafront or in the deluxe room. The staff will provide you with all the necessary information. The maitre Giovanni will always recommend the right wine, with particular attention to the excellent local proposals, which you can also taste by the glass or choose a selection that will accompany you in the tasting menu experience. At lunchtime you can stop by the seaside bistro for an aperitif or light meal. The bar is available to guests throughout the day.
Location
The peace and quiet, the history, the beauty of the seascape that can be enjoyed from the window of the Hotel della Baia and through the walks in the village and on the green hills that embrace it... The pleasure of a holiday in Le Grazie may well be all here, in its being a 'retreat', face to face with the sea, in search of authenticity, off the beaten track of intensive tourism which, however, if sought after, is just a few minutes away. The pearls of the Gulf of La Spezia - Porto Venere and Lerici - are very close by, as is Palmaria Island, which can be reached by ferry. The main city, with its network of museums, is a stone's throw away. The same applies to the Cinque Terre, with its typical terraces dedicated to the heroic cultivation of grapes, which can also be easily reached by train. A little further on is Versilia, with its belt of white marble quarries in the Apuan Alps.
